Arrived last Friday at MVD, Enfield CT 25 mins. before they opened and stood in line. MVD opened their door 10 mins. before opening time. Went through a line where everyone's paperwork was checked, giving a numbered ticket and sat till my number was called. Employees were very organized, quick and pleasant. Made my visit to MVD Enfield an enjoyable one and once inside bldg. checked in, I was back in my car heading home in less than 20 mins. with my registration renewed. Excellent Service.
On your stupid website let people know that you dont do biginer permit. Waste of time 0 star.
On of the better DMVs in CT. People are nice. The roads around are not that difficult so chances of you passing a road test there is better. They do take some time in processing. Deducting one star for that
